Hotel Columbia Wellness & Spa, Montecatini Terme

My experience at this hotel was quite mixed. On one hand, I appreciated the friendly dining staff and the convenience of clean rooms with fresh towels. On the other hand, the management's strictness was unsettling and the overall service left a lot to be desired. The spa arrangement was particularly frustrating, considering the added costs and strict rules around swimwear. I wish I had gotten more value for the price I paid.

Our stay was quite a mixed bag. The hotel is situated right in the bustling center of Montecatini, which was convenient for exploring local attractions. The rooms were comfortable and clean, but I struggled with the awkward shower entry. The dining experience was exceptional, especially the breakfast, although the evening meals lacked some personal appeal. The communication regarding our travel arrangements could use some improvement, which dampened the overall experience. Overall, it was a lovely hotel, but the mix-ups left a bit of a sour taste.

I had an amazing stay at this unique hotel in Montecatini Terme. The staff went above and beyond in serving us, which made the experience feel special. I particularly loved the generous breakfast options and enjoyed the relaxing spa facilities, although my room was a bit noisy due to being located right beneath the restaurant. Overall, the value for money was excellent given the quality of service and amenities.
